Chimungmung has him in stock and pre-order for 2nd run. These are re-issue (2nd edition) without some accessories from the first edition a few years ago.

Has anyone had trouble getting him at all. My one was held by customs for 3 days for inspection but it cleared and was delivered.

I've gotten both the B and original versions before and I've had no problems, mostly due to the gun mode not being advertised on the packaging and that it doesn't look like a gun transformer to the untrained eye.
That said if it gets seized I'd be very surprised.
