That didn't take long.
It was likely to be one of the first three... but sensible voting should have avoided Fort Max. It is not a character they can do justice to as a Masterpiece, because it would be so tiny compared to the original toy. It might be more articulated, but hardly imposing if it is the same size as the other big MP toys. (imagine the cost if it were 2-3 times bigger than the larger MP toys just to give it better scale)

I think this could be good - it would make for a more practically-scaled toy as he was and is (mostly) in the comics.

No interest in those Japanese G1 MPs whatsoever, but then again this vote was for the Japanese fans hey?
Even if the MP Fortress Maximus design turned out great, I don't think I'd buy it if he wasn't at least two or three times the size of Optimus. Since the release of MP-10 they've been going for cartoon accurate scaling, so I hope that trend continues
