    Yeah, a quarter is imported... what of the main ingredients (flour, sugar, water, chocolate) would possibly need to be imported and not be available in Australia.

    A fair while ago now, a mate from work gave me one of his weber kettle bbq. Become pretty proficient in smoking chicken wings, brisket has turned out well when I've done them.

    Currently doing a pork butt to have pulled pork. Takes dedication to spend approximately 12hrs to cook, especially starting it at 6am after getting home from work at 3am lol.

    10hrs cook, 2hrs wrapped in an esky, and absolutely delicious. Helps that the quality of meat is great too
