    Default AUS Transformers Merchandise

I was able to contact a number of Transformers license holders (thanks to Hasbro AU), and about half of them were good enough to respond with product info and photos (for a bit of free publicity). I feel bad about letting them down with taking so long, so hopefully this free plug for them makes up for it.
If you have any pics or info on licensed Transformers merchandise for Australia, post it here, for others who might be interested, to find out. And I will archive it as well.
First up is Funtastic, who currently hold the license for Transformers Backpacks and Keyrings.
    - Transformers Backpack with Lights (Retailer: Target, RRP: $34.99)
    - Transformers Travel Kit (Luggage, camera, backpack, wallet) (Retailer: Target)
    - Optimus and Bumblebee keyrings are $7.99 RRP
    - Box set of interactive keyrings at $34.99 RRP.

    Target.
Nothing specific was detailed, other than a copy of their link, which only covers toys, not Merchandise.
I'll include it here anyway (even though it is a fair bit out of date), because the person at Target was one of the few kind enough to respond to my request for merchandise info (which is free publicity for those smart enough to see it).
    http://www.target.com.au/transformers
Other items I have found and photographed myself.
    Transforming Toothbrush (surrounded by sticker-postcards)

    Mega Ball and Tattoos.
By the Promotions Factory, who also produced the reusable shopping bags found at Kmart.

    Stationary and stickers.
There's been a heap of stationary released with the Movie theme, and below is just some of the more interesting sticker items and a scrapbook.

And other licensed items I can think of off the top of my head:
    - Kids tent.
    - Scooter.
    - Bike.
    - Pinball machine.
    - Birthday cards (By Hallmark).
    - Blackboard/activity set.
    - Stationary activity pack ($40 plastic case of assorted stationary at Kmart).
    - Bop Bag (fill base with water).
    - Dress up costumes (Megatron, Optimus).
    - Plastic masks (Megatron, Optimus, Bumblebee - $2 at BigW).
    - Bed sheet set.
    - Watch, with several different faces to swap over (about $10 at Toyworld).
    - Top Trumps Card game (Found at book stores).
    - Transforming Battle Cards set (Kmart had them, probably other stores as well).
    - Christmas advent calendar (mentioned in other topic).
    http://otca.invisionzone.com/index.php?showtopic=3192
    - Decorated chocolates (mentioned in other topic).
    - Mug with drinking chocolate (mentioned in other topic).
    - Audiovisual items (DVD, HDDVD, CD soundtrack, Console and PC games).
    - IDW comics.
    - Red Rooster Fast Food meal toys (June-July only, 5 toys).

Also should put in a link to Thanatos' posting about the Jay Jays Transformers t-shirts:
    http://otca.invisionzone.com/index.php?showtopic=2950

(quote) Apparently there will be both G1 and Movie designs, as well as the standard Autobot/Decepticon logos, and will be selling for the RRP of $20 each shirt.

Plus from the link mentioned in the post above this one, some Christmas items:
Okay, only one item so far appears to be Christmas themed, and I don't even have a photo of it yet.
I've been seeing in Kmart, Target and TRU stores, the Movie Christmas advent calendar, for about $3. It has the month of December, and each day you open up a panel to reveal a chocolate. It's done by a UK company 'Kinnerton' in China, and imported to Australia by their local branch.
By the same company, but not Christmas themed, are a six pack of Movie chocolates. I don't think these are the same chocolates inside the advent calendar, because this six pack are 'hand decorated' and also cost about $3 at Target.

You get an Autobot and Decepticon symbol chocolate, plus a character chocolate of Optimus, Megatron, Bumblebee and Barricade. (it took me some time to work out Barricade, as it was 'painted' with red, but the shape is an exact match to the model sheet for Barricade).
Also found at Target in Victoria when I was there in October, were colour changing Mugs WITH drinking chocolate and marshmallows. I found them again at a Target store in Brisbane, and it was priced at $9.

The black spot between Megatron and Optimus (seen on the middle mug) reveals an Autobot and Decepticon symbol when the mug is heated (by a warm beverage), as shown in the mug on the right.
The drinking chocolate seems to be for just one serve (it was too diluted making two cups with it), but there are way too many marshmallows for one cup. And even having just half made the drink way too sickly sweet. Supposedly a very popular American thing to do.

I finally took a couple of photos of the Advent Calendar. I saw one for 50cents at TRU yesterday. The chocolate in it is terrible. Even refrigerated, it is like some sort of chewy nougat, with a strange nutty taste to it.
The tray of chocolates are just some generic shapes, that would be standard in their various themed advent calendars.

Worst licensed merchandise I have ever found, and bought.

A couple of things I've seen which weren't mentioned:
Movie Optimus Christmas bag...you know, those really, really big ones with string handles.
Also saw those 'reuseable' shopping bags. There was a red Optimus, a yellow BBee, and a grey Megatron (I think).
Prices were $3 or so for both types.
