    Wada Kouji, the singer who performed the Transformers Car Robot opening theme, Blazing Overdrive has passed away just last Monday.

    Agreed. He's not much older than those of us who grew up with G1 in the 80s. I don't know if Wada's death was caused by his smoking, but considering that 75% of throat cancers are attributed to smoking, it wouldn't surprise me if it was a contributing factor. Still a tragic loss, and condolences go out to his friends and family.
