I saw these in store on the weekend and they are not the legion class toys. they are somewhere between that and a deluxe, perhaps what we used to call a scout but a bit simpler.
I'm not saying they're great value, especially at $30, but 15 isn't bad. And I've just realised the Prime and Grimlock ones would probably scale pretty well with the legion class of the other characters.

Sadly I had already opened it
Went to toys r us today to look for prime and could only find sideswipe.
