For those that use a PC, Steam currently have 50% off FOC and the add on packs until 11th December.

I'm a bit behind the times but I managed to finally have a crack at FOC today and... I love it!

I've only played the first few chapters but impressions are it's much better than WFC. I was able to put down WFC after about 20 mins of play each time however FOC makes you want to progress and see what surprises await you around the next corner. It's very addictive.

I have deliberately avoided all spoilers up until this point and I'm glad that I did. Part of what makes this game great are the discoveries you make along the way. There's just so much going on on-screen, which makes sense in a war-torn alien world, and because of this, the replay value is pretty high. I can't help but feel that this is how the movies should have been.

My rating - out of 5

If you like, you can post your gamer ID here if you wanna meet up with other OTCAers for multiplayer games.

Never played online before. Might get a bit more practice first

On FOC online multiplayer they have now permanently doubled the xp points you get for playing, in order to encourage new players to have a go and not be intimidated by those that have got all their characters maxed out.

I have noticed that multiplayer is a lot more jumpy and harder to control than sp, at least on pc.
