Na, Seibertron had a story up and made it sound like it was only available from this one online store (that I hadn't heard of before) but the links wouldn't work. I note this morning the links and all mention of that store have been deleted.

It's an exclusive in the US to an online store called Entertainment Earth - they've been in the game since around the same time as BBTS, but used less here because the prices tended to be higher and the shipping was dearer (particularly without a PoL option).
