Yes, but I will go into it with low expectations.

Kinda like when I go into a Transformers movie

I saw the Power Rangers movie in the cinemas back in the 90s and enjoyed it.

This new one... no. I'll watch it on DVD but am in no rush to see it on the big screen.

Those awful looking Megazord and Power Ranger figures on the shelves do the film no favours either.

I have always look at power ranger only from the toys stand point and nothing else. I would just watch it free when available and might even turn off halfway if its boring.

Yeah... when I first saw them at TRU a few weeks back I said to myself that those toys look like Michael Bay had a hand in their "re-imagination".

That first PR movie was a bit campy but was still fun to watch... and was filmed in Sydney, standing in as Angel Grove, to recognise parts of the city.
It also had a bit of a "1986 Transformers Movie" feel to it, because we were used to the first team of rangers, and their first feature film to cash in on their success featured the new (3) rangers and villians. They helped make the show popular enough to warrant a movie that then didn't have them in it.
