    Sorry, incorrect. That narrows it down to 3 options.

    "Fraternité" is actually the French word for 'brotherhood' (fraternity); as from the French national motto "Liberté, égalité, fraternité" (liberty, equality, fraternity) and is represented by the colours blue, white and red in the French flag. Ouhlala!
