There are a lot of stores that dont say on the invoices "this is a pre order item due on etc date" so to use that as a basis to reject when you can show the item page says it's a pre order is a scummy move on the case workers part.
I'm not disagreeing with you, just saying that all that shouldnt be necessary and if some dispute workers are rejecting based off such small technicalities, well they are being jerks.

So I'm not saying dont cover all bases, just that people have had success without all the extra waffle. Obviously people disputing in future would be advised to email PC with all that extra stuff, but people that have already started disputes shouldnt think that they will be rejected because "the receipt didnt say it's a pre order".

And I still think you got the short end of the stick when it comes to case workers.

Beats me, I was shocked when they ignored the obvious eta screenshot.
I even questioned the complaint officer over the phone "you mean to tell me you are ignoring the evidence of the expected delivery date, I have clearly provided?"

They insist it has to be communicated. My two cents, short end long end, was not worth it. Some banks are easy and some are really to the tee. It will tick you off. Been there and glad I sorted it out.

A lot of dispute doesn't even know about pre orders and that's another distressing issue despite you explain everything over the phone.

Given the trouble some are having with chargebacks, at what point does it become feasible going to small claims court?

just updating my dirge dispute funds are now in my bank.

meanwhile my items by boat
Two dirge > at Sydney
one skywarp > at Sydney

As you can see, surface mail from Japan doesn't take that long at all. 2-3 months is maximum.

Filed my second and last dispute 2days ago. Called CBA again as they still haven't requested further information thru email as the first dispute officer sent me just an hour after i made the phone call. I'm getting worried this may take longer...can't stress out how much crap PC has done to its customers
