FYI, I am a tester and we skip testing websites on Windows 8 as only a small handful of our customers uses it.

In my point of view Windows better think of something or they going to loose a lot of business. Pc sales have dropped at all time low.

I want to buy a surface. I hate my IPad with a passion. And don't get me started on any Android garbage.

I prefer Android a 100 times over IOS but I will agree that neither is great and we need a better alternative.

Man it took along time to d/l the 3GB it needed , must been everyone else in the world d/ling it as well ...and it basically the same thing ... just added the start menu button you wanted Trent on desktop task bar ...so they heard you

If you take the time to customise window 8 for you then it a great OS... but that the thing..you have to customise it your self ( Eg auto login with your password , straight to desktop) and it very hard to do that as they try to simplify everything and so it pretty hard to get to the option that you want ..etc... cause most of it a hidden among the many different setting which gets very confusing ......
but once that is done it a very fast OS
