Peter Cullen - Optimus Prime
Greg Berger - Grimlock
Nolan North - Bruticus, Cliffjumper and Brawl
Troy Baker - Jazz, Jetfire, and Kickback
Fred Tatasciore - Megatron, Ratchet, and Metroplex
Steve Blum - Shockwave, Swindle, and Sharpshot
Isaac Singleton - Soundwave

I think they managed to keep most of the original WFC Voice Actors.

Hmm, no Starscream listed there. Interesting. I wonder if he is taking a back seat to Shockwave now then?

I know he has a voice role, because they played a scene of his at BotCon, talking to Shockwave.
He could indeed be more minor this time... as they need to eventually do a dramatic change from his bold WFC Gen1 style (and appearance) to the wimpy style (and appearance) of TFPrime.

Heh... Fred Tatasciore voiced Trypticon in WFC, now he's voicing Metroplex in FOC. Nice.
