1800 683 100. qoute the set number, piece number (in the back of the instruction booklet) and where you bought it from and they'll have it sent out. |

In my years of LEGO buying, I've only had to use this service once. I bought a Collector's Edition AT-ST and noticed four small but essential parts were missing.
I emailed LEGO, they didn't even ask for a receipt. Just got my address and next day the parts were in the mail! Incredible.
