NECA is excellent!

Bought their beautiful Ninja Gaiden Ryu action figure from a Game Trader a little more than a week ago. Unfortunately mine had a minor factory defect. Emailed NECA's customer service and they sent me replacement parts right away! Lightning fast! Received the parts today and my Ryu is now complete! Very happy. :p

the only Neca stuff I got is the AVP warrior Alien (f'n awesome) and Predalien (f'n average)
but on a whole I quite like their stuff. Any company that'll produce a Sebastian Haff (go see Bubba Ho-tep) fig is pure awesome!
