Maybe he charges too much?:) You know how Hasbro is always very budget first before you try anything. With the mods and repainting schemes Jin comes up. I would think it's costly thus deterring any hiring possiblities in toy creation. Well mebbe on toy design but production, nah.Quote:

Getting back on topic, I think it was inevitable that someone would customise Sideways as Kickback -- the mould really does just scream Kickback. When I first got the toy I was wondering why Paramount didn't go ahead and call this toy "Kickback" instead of Sideways, but I considered:
1/ Sideway's movie model doesn't scream "Kickback" like the toy does, and the movie model came first. I think it just coincidentally turned out that way when HasTak translated the CGI model into the Deluxe action figure (cos the Legends toy doesn't evoke Kickback at all).
2/ Sideways was never named in the film anyway (I guess they weren't able to squeeze that into his 30 seconds of screen time :p). As far as the movie audience is concerned, his name could just as well be Kickback. Or Barricade. Or Dave. :)
