I'll bring my boy around when I pick up the goodies this week. Pretty excited about Laserbeak especially not to mention I'll knock down 1400 with them too! :D

thanks
Left to right...
Tailspin, Stormcloud, Nightflight, Greasepit & Tailwind.
Greasepit comes from a fuel depot base/playset.
Oh and they're all Decepticons minus Tailspin.
Does anyone here have Tf Animated Season 1 yet? (Official not pirated)
Is there a release date for Australia as well?
Unlike the US, Australia is not getting full season boxsets. Instead, we're getting individual "volumes" with 3 - 4 episodes on each.
Out so far:

Coming:

http://www.ezydvd.com.au/item.zml/803338
I think it's worth buying the US season 1 boxset, as you don't have to wait. Note however the season 1 boxset only contains the episodes in these 3 volumes but not the first 3 episode "movie":

So it's worth picking up the movie locally from say Big W or JB Hi-Fi:

In my quest to collect the G1 Dinobots I have ended up with 2 Grimlocks. To the best of my (humble) knowledge they look genuine - both have the Takara Japan copyright stuff on the inside of the robot's right leg. However one Grimy has Hasbro 1980 1984 written in the same spot on the left leg, and the other Grimy does not.
Does this mean one is a fake?
The one with writing on both legs has no rub sticker (or any stickers for that matter!). The other has a rub sticker.
Can anyone shed some light on this for me, or check their G1 Grimlock?
Cheers
If you imported the Grimlock from America, it could be a G2 release (not sure if they had date stamps though, but just guessing).
The varients website has a page on the dinobots, but doesn't mention date stamps though - http://www.geocities.com/futuristgroup/vdinobot.html
Just been reading up on this webpage about the legit Chinese re-releases in the 90s (http://highendtfs.com/?q=node/15) and the Grimlock could be from there, as they partially blanked out date stamps, but could have removed entire date stamps as well.
That page is also a small revelation for me, as it explains all the original boxed Gen1 toys that appeared in toystores here around 1992-93, just prior to the gold boxed classics and G2 toys. We had Soundwave, Cyclonus, Starscream, Ramjet, plus probably some others, and I was never sure what they were from (I mistakenly guessed that they might be test runs to see what toys to release for Classic and G2 series - but their release in China probably prompted Hasbro UK and US to keep using some in the next couple years for Classic and G2).
Ah well, mystery (to me) solved. And begs the question, if Hasbro UK or US didn't end up doing Classic and G2 lines, could we have seen more of the original G1 Chinese reissues release here (see that link above for all the ones released in China between 1989-1995).
