Nothing. It was just an opportunity to release a Marissa Faireborn figure. Similar to how MP Exhaust came with Wheeljack's immobiliser.

Nope. Colours are all wrong anyway. Here's Ultra Magnus' (and Marissa's) colours in The Killing Jar, and here is Diaclone Powered Convoy's colours. And here is how Ultra Magnus would've looked like the G1 cartoon if they'd kept his Diaclone colours.

It wasn't so much the color, more so the reference of these two characters. You got a Spike with MP UM yeah? Well to go with your MP DM you get Marissa just coz :)
