Nope. Colours are all wrong anyway. Here's Ultra Magnus' (and Marissa's) colours in The Killing Jar, and here is Diaclone Powered Convoy's colours. And here is how Ultra Magnus would've looked like the G1 cartoon if they'd kept his Diaclone colours.
