God what is his problem, good job talyn at sticking it to him.
Maybe someone there should make a hefty wager with him. :p #putyourmoneywhereyourmouthis

will probably cause more problems in the future too.
Now-now guys, no need to call him names even though the odds of it not being our recently banned friend are astronomical :p; The mods over at TFW tend to run a fairly tight ship in that regard & will note that the member is one who they've banned themselves on multiple occasions. ;)
Sadly these situations/people occur from time to time, but in the end they're all left right where they need to be - the forgotten history of google's cache.
Just remember that he was registered as "Homer Simpson" over there, so isn't being very inconspicuous by re-registering as a new Simpsons name.
Back to the topic haha, it will be very interesting to see how hasbro will release soundwave (ie: what will he come with) or will he be like mp10 and come identical to the takara release besides the colour.
The variances in the toy's composition & pack-in goods will indeed be intriguing, as I wonder if they'll decide to change the hue of the Blue & if they'll change his optics colour from Red to Yellow? :)
The possibility of multiple included cassettes is interesting as I wonder if they will choose to include just the humanoids or the beasts? - Possibly a mixture of both?
All I know is that the packaging alone has me curious so I actually have a reason to be interested in the Hasbro release, we'll have to wait & see though I guess.
Let's just hope the Admins of TFW catch on quick to this serial pest. All I can say hopefully he won't try that again here.:)Quote:

We need MP Ratbat Hasbro!! that and that cassette Probe thingie that exploded in the crystal caverns!! That would be much better than that hand vacuum attachment :p
I DO NOT want yellow eyes. I want the cartoon-accurate visor.:p
Well considering Hasbro's history with their MP releases, they have changed nearly every MP release they have put out (not 100% sure if they changed anything on Skywarp)
So if you think the Takara version is perfect, best to save for that because obviously while nothing can be confirmed until we actually see pictures, the odds are that something will be changed. Best to prepare for it. ;)
Colours on Skywarp were slightly different, but noticeable when next to each other.
The purple plastic parts are darker on the JP version, and it has a couple silver paint apps on the arms. The Hasbro version has red paint on the air intakes beside the robot head, to match the Gen1 toy.
The wing stripes are different - two purple stripes on the Hasbr version, but only one on the JP version.
The most noticeable difference though is in Jet mode, with the tail fins being purple plastic with the Hasbro version, while the JP version has black plastic.
At least the two Thundercrackers and white Starscreams were different moulds, to distinguish between the Hasbro and JP versions.
Just got mine. The box is jsut pure sexiness. Not going to liberate him till his other tapes come out
Got Soundwave yesterday but going to wait for the Hasbro version to come out before I open it. If I like the Hasbro version better I'll just sell my MISB Japanese version. No time to play with it at the moment anyway so it's just in my growing pile of unopened TFs.

So, according to this post, the Hasbro MP SW will come with 5 cassettes and Frenzy/Rumble will have their ground pounders.
That'll be the on I pick up then. Hope the price and colour scheme are reasonable.
Cheers Griffman
just...just AWESOME
at $150 with 5 cassettes, this will probably sell out faster than MP10!!
Hell! I was happy paying for one or two cassettes with him! That's a steal!:cool:
I'm so glad I waited for the hasbro release:),now just have to keep an ear to the ground for his release as I agree that he will move very fast of the shelves.:D;)Quote:

so I'm looking forward to the cassette comparisons now.
my laserbeak's left fin wont rotate to the up position -> |
but instead can only go 45 degrees -> /
I have no idea what to do about it, but i know that if i try to force it, it'll break.
there's no chance I can get a replacement is there?
I know it's been said a million times before, cannot wait for this bad bot!
hopefully, no reservations at TRU :D
otherwise, it'll be first caller basis just like with MP-10
Not for me ;) There's no denying the value in the Hasbro release but as I've said before, aside from Laserbeak, the cassettes hold no interest for me as I consider them to be inferior when compared to the original G1 toys. Heck, even Generations Ravage is better than the MP Ravage.
Well I'm glad to read of the vindication for Griffin & Macky personally, even though many in the wider TF international community consider the news to be a confirmation of a rumour (Coz you know, corroborating primary sources that aren't North American can't be trusted ).
MORE so though I'm happy for all those who decided to wait in hope for an eventual Hasbro version, I'm glad you will be able to get the whole kit & caboodle in one foul swoop + in pretty packaging! :D
I don't regret my Takara purchases in the slightest & will be looking forward to having All 5 cassettes by the time the Hasbro Giftset finally arrives in June. ;)
I'm glad I bought the Tak/Tom version as it means I won't be chasing my own tail looking for this on the shelf. I hope they have plenty of stock for people wanting this item;):)
Yes, great news indeed. I need one of those MP soundwave.
