Wow Kup looks great!

Lugnut looks pretty impressive too,

Straxus is less G1 accurate but he does appear a bit more mean looking.

The others looks like decent molds, colours could be better but hey I have a paintbrush.

It is safe to say that Lugnut belongs to 'Classics' just as much as Drift, Hot Shot, Dinobot or Cheetor. In regards to his 'movie' looks, the character is supposed to stand out among the crowd. While I agree with the above the lines are blurring so much into eachother that It's diffcult to tell where one begins and the other ends, at least as far as asthetics go. these days I wait till I get the toy and then figure out what shelf they belong on, to hell with what Hasbro says.

i reckon the hasbro version of lugnuts looks heaps better, the black ant the purple a bit meh, the looks heaps better for a plane

Lugnut is superb looking. i really like the colours in robot mode.

Perceptor looks kinda dull and boring.

Jazz is crazy awesome! but i really hate how someone carved 'not for sale' on his roof.

wreck gar's design is really good too but the hasbro grey is so ugly.

I don't mind it - it's obviously to discourage anyone from illegitimately trying to sell this toy. And it's not as if it's written on an area that's obscure some kind of detail -- those parts would otherwise just be plain white.

You can Photoshop it out if it bugs you that much. :)

It seems he gets a lot of his figures loose without instructions as a number of his reviews come across as quite exploratory, especially during transformation.

:)I think Kup is just about perfect in robot, alt and colours. Wrek-Gar is looking good as well, I'd like him a little chunkier but the face looks excellent but yes the hasbro gray is a little worrying.

I really like that Lugnut toy. I was expecting the plane mode to be kibblely but it actually looks aerodynamic and the wings have very clever and innovative engineering for the arms. The fact that they also contain a gimmick is also very impressive.

I have to decide which version to get.

tfwiki confirms this. WTH... who the hell went and nicked the Kup trademark?!? It's such a silly name to begin with I can't believe someone else would take it! Jazz, Ravage, Shockwave etc. I can understand... but KUP?? (o_O) Mebbe someone out there is squatting on unused trademarks just to tick Hasbro off...

To me the jet mode looks really bland with that very clear grey. That's the main deterrent for me in this version.

Thuderwing is looking pretty good I thought, reminds me of the more recent comic version of him.(within the last 4-5 years I mean):)

Yeah I don't mind this Thunderwing, if the Grey is similar to the grey used on WFC Megs then I can deal with it, It all looks pretty Thunderwingy to me. And he's not tainted by rubsticker insignia's either so I'll probably make do with this version.

As for Angry Jazz, they pushed him too far. Either that or he's IDW Jazz during AHM. IDW influence seems to be creeping into quite a few of these toys.
