That is not the point. If you offer postage of items to your customers you should at least pack it in such a way that the item will not get damaged during the transit. By not doing so kind of shows how much PC cares about their customers when they receive the item. I am not saying that they are bad people but that is something they can improve on. Take as feedback for them. I am not trying to start a troll war.Quote:

Perhaps an option to have items posted in a box for a fee could be provided? I must confess I have not read their shipping policy and just assumed that items would be posted in a box. No doubt boxes will add to their cost base and necessitate a price increase but I would not be against a small price bump to increase protection.
I am not saying I need all boxes to be 100% guaranteed to be undamaged whatsoever, I just want to avoid bubble wrap packages I've received in the past with massive puncture wounds. A few damaged edges doesn't bother me.
Actually, if you got down off your high horse for 5 minutes and thought, you can have both. Offer free shipping which as it currently is (which is what I would pick because I don't care about boxes. They just end up in the bin). ANd offer a "premium" shipping option for those that don't want to risk getting a banged up box in the mail.Quote:

So was it a small package that they had it on a post bag? Ive got my MP star saber from them and it was placed in its original shipping box which can hold 2 so it has good space with some crumpled papers. It wasnt damaged a bit when ive got it...
Anyway sometimes however you put protection in parcels and AU post just bang it everywhere it is pointless like my MP bumble with bigger box and still crushed on top of the box :eek:

Which is why I be suggesting they use dhl or fed ex for other people who are over particular about how their items are shipped.

Well that's our feedback here, is up to them to choose a upgrade in shipping or loose some customers.
