So hit and miss getting items from Amazon US/UK, almost have to order multiples in the hope that means they get packed in a box (but even that approach has failed me with a recent Siege Sideswipe order, still came in a bag and both damaged/1 opened and retaped).
I’ve already made numerous complaints via chat whenever something arrives squashed. Even if the purpose is to give feedback but they just don’t care. If you are logged in and have your shipping address set as being in Australia, some of those items that are not available to non-American addresses will have a box on the right side of the product page asking if you want to buy it through the Australian Amazon site, and it will send you to the Australian page when you click on it.
Looks like Amazon is ready to ship my order of Botropilos as the payment has been done.
An interesting thing to note is that it appears Amazon AU does the distribution for the items, with individual orders sent in batches from Amazon US to Amazon AU.
I had asked about a Trailbreaker that I had ordered on Amazon AU from Amazon US (which is still shown as in stock, but was unfulfilled in my order) and the answer was that they were waiting for stock to be fulfilled from the Amazon US store which had not yet shipped due to shipping delays and restrictions around existing COVID protocols.
I'll have to check my next shipping labels to confirm though.
