Scavenger and Bonecrusher seem ok, SCrapper i dont have.
In Universe 2 universe is there any fiction that explains why Octane changed his name to Tankor?

Does anyone have God Neptune? How rare and expensive is it? I like the colour scheme a lot better than the other versions.
He is quite uncommon. The price for the giftset is usually between $100-$130 w/out shipping (I was lucky that I only paid $110 shipped). You should know that he is missing some components from the other versions and one of the seacons (nautilator, who is the worst anyway), but im sure you did your research. Regardless, he is still alot nicer, even if he is missing accessories. If you can't live without the small guns, stands, etc there are plenty of those parts on ebay which are cheap and are easy too customize to match the set :)
I have both God Neptune & Piranacon.
I find God Neptune's colours are really geared towards the combined form - the individuals don't always look so good, especially in their robot modes. He does look great combined. On balance, I prefer the original Piranacon because of the robot modes, but it's a close thing - and either beat out the recent effort that looks like it has been attacked by a three year olf with crayons.
Four he + one she. :) (although the combined God Neptune character is male)Quote:

Indeed! Yes, when it comes to God Neptune I tend to be sexist towards Scylla, because nobody would guess she's a female unless you told them, imo. And the lipstick on the beastmode isn't clear to me either (not even sure if it is supposed to be?). Im guessing the show explains it all.....
Hey guys I'm no expert on jap figs so I was wondering if anyone can tell me what version of magnus this is:
I was thinking it's the 15th anniversary edition or something..
http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI....m=200276190834
Cheers!
Not sure...
The foam insert suggests to me that it may be original...
Agreed. Other clues:
(1) Lacking the gold sticker from the Takara reissue.
(2) The Takara logo on the box is a much older version, not the newer version used during the reissue, which was still a few years before the merge with Tomy.
(3) Fists are still attached on the plastic "tree".
It's also stated in the item description in massive red text:
"VINTAGE TAKARA
G1 TRANSFORMERS AUTOBOT
ULTRA MAGNUS
Hasbro Japan robot
(NO REISSUE VERSION!!!!!!!!!!!)"
And yeah, that's an original Japanese G1 Magnus. You can also tell from the old Takara logo on the bottom right corner too. Reissue Magnus has the newer Takara logo (used by Takara before the merger with TOMY). Reissues also use clear plastic trays, not foam ones. And the foam is worn/aged which wouldn't happen with a recently manufactured figure.
Here's what the original Japanese G1 Magnus box looks like:

And here's what the reissue Magnus box looks like:
http://www.diaclone.net/orid/dia057/fukkoku01.jpg
The tell-tale signs are:
1/ Lack of black & gold 15th Anniversary sticker on window
2/ Different Takara logo on bottom right corner
3/ White foam tray vs clear plastic tray
Ah thanks guys - big help :) don't think there's a better place to ask than this board.
Cheers!
one of my G1 toys has the wrong alliance heat rub symbols on it, does this make it super rare?
Probably, but that doesn't necessarily mean it's valuable as I'm not sure how much demand there is for a toy like that from collectors.
Hey guys,
Ever since I went to Singapore and spotted a TF that I owned as a kid but only remembered it after I saw it. I've been wondering what it is.
Unfortunately I don't remember much details about it, except to say that its a spaceship, I don't think it transformed to a robot and I think it might have been a base? I know, I know its not much details at all :p But hit me up with some knowledge if possible :D
Oh and I probably would have had this toy between 1989 to 1990
how large is it roughly? in height
if it doesn't transform its likely to be an Action master Transformer
Transformers that don't transform, but they do come with weapon partners or vehicles they can ride in.
This site is pretty good, just scroll down to the 90s and see if its one of them.

what colour is the figure?
Thanks for the linkage! Gotta make sure I bookmark them.
Found what I was looking for. It was Skystalker:

Some time next year. Beyond that nobody knows.
Damn! I reckon it must be really good if we have to wait this long. lol
I just punched movie scout backtrack through Google and this is what I found:

...no mention of it being exclusive and it's meant to come out some time this year.
Meh, I already have Cybertron Lugnutz and Hightail... don't need a third version of the mould. Just wait for Pulse to buy it and give it away for free later.
I ain't buying that repaintQuote:

That little Bulkhead is from a TFA board game set. The game also comes with PVC figures of Bumblebee, Optimus and Prowl. The box for the game is pretty cool too, it's made to look like Optimus Prime's cab.
I haven't heard anything of an Animated game. It's either something not yet announced, or released yet.
I've heard of it, I think it's the one that's many board games in one, but not of it being in Australia yet.
Linky?
Here you go. WalMart exclusive in America
QQ for those who have Universe Bluestreak...
I've seen 3 Universe Bluestreaks (Yes that's right... NOT Silverstreak!) at a few different stores. Each time his windows have been different... One was tinted blue, another a dark grey colour, and the third was totally clear! Are these variants normal? What is the "correct" colour of these windows sposed to be?
Another advantage of getting the Henkei version, it's actually Bluestreak. Okay, the toy is called "Streak" but Streak is Bluestreak's Japanese name. Streak is the same as Bluestreak just as Convoy is the same as Optimus Prime. :)
I've got a light blue tint here.
EDIT: Wow...I just held up my Bluestreak to the light. You should check how appallingly thin the paint on his doors is.
