I know someone who got pregnant. Although a kid is a blessing it could cause all kinds of issues when parents aren't ready.

I would have but because it is metal, I was concerned about it going in deeper and then requiring a tetanus shot. It's OK now (I think). It appears to have moved into my blood stream :eek:

my kid woke up at 3am crying about his toothache, his dentist appointment isnt until february.

they squeezed him in this morning and had to remove his tooth.

the whole morning has been unpleasant.

Coud also be that they don't really know. IN my years of servo working, there are a ot of people who don't do any thinking and wouldn't know anything more than how to do the day to day activities. Admittedly there are sure to be some butt-weeds working there, as with any job/social interaction.

I have been noticing that people are driving particularly stupidly/viciously as of late. It's almot like it's crazy Friday (tm) everyday, or already the last week until christmas. I wish people would just keep their cool, but so many have anger control issues (of varying degrees) and it just escalates so much.

i really dislike this hot weather. it makes moving away from the fan undesirable...

there are so many bad drivers out there. people who drive 50 in a 60km lane/do not give way at roundabouts/and those that dont know how to indicate - being oblivious to all other drivers.

i get a lot of road rage building up inside me, and it it really unpleasant. i have noticed that i have been driving more aggressively, but it really is due to everyone else on the road unable to maintain the maximum speed limit and those having no road-sense at all. if it were just one person on the one trip, i'd be okay - but no, it is 5-10+ drivers that piss me off every time i need to go somewhere of significant distance.

probably lucky that doesnt happen when i am driving - mainly old people and female drivers that i notice.

Missed the train to work so i got into melbourne late
missed my bus from melbourne to south melbourne so had to walk there, making me more late for work
had a headache all day
hayfever was acting up
incredibly tired
really dont like hot weather
skip my lunch break at work to make up for being late
leave work just in time to miss my usual train home
get to the station to find the train i now intended to take is delayed
during train ride home train mysteriously stops near sunshine for like 20mins
walk home only to realise i dont have my keys so i had to wait for my brother to get home
now finally home and all i wanna do is go to bed

i went for a drive today. went to burswood around 12 noon and there was a car smashed head on in to a tree.

Oh, thats terrible! Occupants ok I hope :(

next week is taking too long - i want my RK orders now :/

was at target, looked at their transformers, tempted by pcc but left instead. went to tru, decided to get the pcc 2&5 packs and the cashier said they needed to call target to ask if they had it in stock but she couldnt do that her herself and that i had to wait for another worker to do it.

10mins later

finally arrives and calls the target i was just at, placed on hold for 10mins. ask the person in toys which replied they didnt have any in stock.

lies!! there's no way Skyburst with Aerialbots & Searchlight with Backwind are good enough to sell out and i was there not long ago.

she offered to call another store to check but i was like dont f***ing bother you are all just a waste of time.

That ought to be in the 'share my joy' thread cause you didn't waste your money on them :)

I've boycotted TRU ever since they tried to rip me off by charging me the price of a scout for a legends toy *points finger at TRU Castle Hill* :mad:

They wouldn't stop arguing with me and I wouldn't back down. Asked for a manager in frustration and after 20 mins of wasted time, they charged me the correct price.

They're paid a minimum wage for you to bring a product to a register and for them to scan it.

It's a hit and miss at TRU Gepps X. Sometimes you get some really nice people that will do everything right and sometimes you get the oddball that's very vague and doesn't know what you're talking about. As for Sefton, I can't judge as I don't go there much.

I went to TRU TTP on Thursday and the couple of blokes working there were talking about how they thought some customer was stupid and made fun of them (even swore about them). I know that sometimes maybe the customer is in the wrong, but to badmouth them out in the open in the presence of other customers is clearly unprofessional. Speaking of TRU I went to the Rundle Mall TRU today and this elderly customer was berating a group of employees for not listening to him when he called for help and instead were having (in the customer's words) a 'social party' :D:D

yeah they do that all the time, emplyees talk about the most inappropriate things while im shopping for toys/groceries/fast food.

for some reason, they think customers dont care that they're swearing or talking about shady things...

Random fact - I heard somewhere (can't recall where) but if a shopping centre has a Big W, there generally won't be a Kmart and vice versa. Not sure why but I have noticed that myself.
