Experienced it yesterday but got news confirmation later in the day. :)
The GF (now fiance - that's a post for the Happy thread) and I recently bought a house. We've been leasing it out while her place is on the market.
We received a call and text message from the tenant yesterday.
Turns out the neighbour (50-something bloke) crashed through our brick fence out the front.
My comment to the GF?
"All these reports in Perth about cars crashing into houses, but you never dream it's going to be yours..."
Ah well, insurance will sort it out.
We had a car crash through the front bedroom of one of our investment properties in the middle of the night a few years ago , the driver was lucky that the tenant was asleep on the lounge in the back room .. seems to be an epidemic of houses jumping in front of cars lately
How the hell does one crash into a house????
When Facebook went down, 5 people in the US called 911.
I wonder if those hackers are now employed by facebook? :)
