It looks like Grand Maximus' little head but someone with the toy would be able to help you. Unsure if that one was KOd like the original.

Go into your BBTS account, bring up the order, and you'll be able to 'Track Package'.
Sometimes it doesn't update, but it's usually pretty good, and at least tells you when it left America, and went through customs here.
