I'm normally dead on two weeks after they ship.

That has varied at peak times, sometimes a few days longer, and even sometimes a bit shorter, but generally speaking, dead on 2 weeks for me.

EDIT: Did you track the package and see what that says?

Go into your BBTS account, bring up the order, and you'll be able to 'Track Package'.

Sometimes it doesn't update, but it's usually pretty good, and at least tells you when it left America, and went through customs here.
