How does PC issue refunds?
Charge back to the credit card you paid with but if bank transfer then they will need your details I believe.Quote:

I too am trying to sort this out with PC, I ordered PC-11 part2 believing I would receive PC-12 and received PC-11. Glad to hear I am not the only one experiencing this, oh well such is life.Quote:

Having said that, I think that it would be ill-advised for PC to completely ignore customer irritation/dissatisfaction (major retailers have done this at their own peril). I think that it would be better for them to find some way to address this issue without impacting on their low prices. As others have suggesting, even regular updates on their website about ETAs would go a long way in giving customers peace of mind and letting us know that our orders haven't been forgotten (because it does feel that way!). Even if a shipment is significantly delayed I think that fans would be more forgiving if they knew about it instead of being left in the dark and wondering what the hell is going on.

So I guess this will be their way of updating everyone weekly, if it gets off the ground.
