    How does PC issue refunds?

    Charge back to the credit card you paid with but if bank transfer then they will need your details I believe.

    PC once gave me credit in the form of a discount code instead of a refund, but that was for a preorder and not an already shipped thing.

    I too am trying to sort this out with PC, I ordered PC-11 part2 believing I would receive PC-12 and received PC-11. Glad to hear I am not the only one experiencing this, oh well such is life.

    I'd be lying if I said that PC's slowness wasn't irritating, but at the same time I am mindful that they are cheap. And their low prices is absolutely the core strength of their business model and I don't think that they should change that. If their prices were to rise, even marginally, then they would start to lose business.

    Having said that, I think that it would be ill-advised for PC to completely ignore customer irritation/dissatisfaction (major retailers have done this at their own peril). I think that it would be better for them to find some way to address this issue without impacting on their low prices. As others have suggesting, even regular updates on their website about ETAs would go a long way in giving customers peace of mind and letting us know that our orders haven't been forgotten (because it does feel that way!). Even if a shipment is significantly delayed I think that fans would be more forgiving if they knew about it instead of being left in the dark and wondering what the hell is going on.

    Just my 2c.

    "Expression of Interest, we are launching a Weekly Show on Youtube Late August Early Sept, Each week we would love to feature one of customers collections and do a brief Q and A .
    a $50 store credit will be given to the Customers whose Collection is featured in this segment. if anyone is interested participating in this segment please contact pctv@premiumcollectables.com.au"

    "Reviews, Pre Order Updates, etc all will be part of this project"

    So I guess this will be their way of updating everyone weekly, if it gets off the ground.

    Cheers PC, got my Delta Magnus today and my Macross Monster and Bike Robo last week, all safe and well! Also appreciate how well-packed the figures were!
