Edit: Oh man, just got another email from Toys R Us. They advised that they have no record of the order and the funds in holding will become available in my bank account again after 7-10 days. So disappointed my order dropped off their system, especially after receiving on screen confirmation. Geez I hope they get more in stock soon.
So you emailed ToysRus and not iparcel? Looks like they couldn't commit to the orders and is totally sold out.
Got an email from I-parcel this morning (I emailed them last night). They have a record of the order but are waiting on TRU to provide the item to them for shipping. It's strange that I-parcel have a record of the order but TRU don't. Can't understand how that happens. Meanwhile my funds are still being held awaiting processing. How can TRU not have a record of it when everyone else does? Must be a glitch in their system. I've emailed TRU again with the I-parcel details but I'm not holding my breath.

Not really a fan of this version of Grimlock. I've put it on eBay for $120 with the Scoria add on parts to give him the extra height to fit in with the MP line. Hopefully I get my money back. If not I'll sell it at a loss. Oh well.

Yeah mate, ordered mine from US, arrived about 4 weeks after due to iParcel waiting for stock. Tiny bit of box damage, but other than that all sweet!
Refund finally processed the other day. Kelley at i-Parcel was great help - apparently not only did mine ship, it was delivered, without signature, and likely nicked off the door step. AusPost couldn't confirm anything as the contractor no longer works for them.
I'm just glad to have the whole thing behind me.
As for TRU, they were useless. I just placed an order for the SDCC movie Turtles (not available for international shipping) and am having them dropshipped. :) No i-Parcel, no international lack-of-assistance from TRU, and probably a whopping shipping charge from MyUS.
Still, beats the hell out of eBay!
I ordered other stuff, and tru was hopeless keep saying is not in their system and excuse one after another. Similarly Kelly from iparcel was very helpful.Quote:
