I blame the likes of One-step Changers and Fast Action Battlers. Not sure why Hasbro want to take the transform out of transformer.

POTP full wave one minus deluxes at mr toys toyworld riverlink Ipswich. Including leader Optimus and Rodimus
Saw Potp Leaders, Legends and Titan Masters at Southport Mr Toys Toyworld.
Hey, keep to your side of the border... :p
I guess if Toyworld is the only national retailer with POTP toys so far, you need to travel a bit out of Sydney to find one. (okay, maybe not that far, but the absence of Toyworlds within most of Sydney has always fascinated me)
Toyworld Indooroopilly has PotP stock. I snagged the only Optimus and Rodimus I coukd see, and also spied two Grimlocks. Didn't see any deluxes, but then again I didn't stay long.
It begins.
Well... you're both welcome to have a quick look at my collection if you end up being in Brisbane during the long weekend. Otherwise, it just sits here collecting dust, and no one else gets to enjoy it. :p
Send me a PM if you are wanting to check it out while north of the border this weekend, to book in a time.
Keep in mind though that Griffin's "collection" consists of other transformer fans who he invited to see his collection.
If I had access to a car and some spare time I definitely would! Might have to hit you up next time I’m up because I’ve seen photos before and it’s an impressive collection to say the least
good thing mine are over the border then :P
The Mr Toys website has them listed and will tell you what stores have stock. No deluxes, only the Prime Masters, Legends, and Leaders. Some people are grabbing anything on the shelf - Slash seems to be very popular with women buying multiples in stores according to the discussions I had yesterday.
Morayfield has nothing though. Their stock truck on Friday didn't have any.
Wow, I totally didn't know that Mr K and you've saved me hours of fruitless toyhunting. Thanks heaps!
Looks like Helensvale and Southport are the only stores on the Gold Coast. I'm heading to Helensvale now and they confirmed Optimus is on the shelf. Hopefully he'll still be there at that price :)
He was. Voyagers and Rodimus remain, but didn't see deluxe so. They said they have more to unpack
Toyworld Southport had them, only Optimus Prime, 1 legion shrapnel, and 1x alpha trion. Hunt for the dinobots continues ;)
Morayfield Mr Toys had legends class primes today — picked up Beachcomber, Windcharger, Slash and Skrapnel.
Saw a Starscream. No Grimlock, Optimus or Rodimus — although the ones I nabbed were just put out so maybe there's more to come … ~:)
Man, I am looking forward to those dinobots!
Mr Toys toyworld Queen St Mall, Brisbane has:
Beachcomber, Windcharger, Dinobot Slash, Skrapnel $20 each
All 3 primemasters $10 each
Only 1 of each on the shelves of the larger figures:
Grimlock, Starscream $55 each
Rodimus Prime $90
Tonight at Garden City.
ToysRUs have moved their Transformers section again (twice in 12 months).
Nothing new though. They did have a couple of the final wave of RID Warriors though (Thermidor, Bludgeon, Twinferno).

Kmart - pretty much just heaps of TF5 mega 1-step Dragonstorm and Rescue Bots Optimus/Blurr trailer.
Target - almost nothing.
BigW - even less than Target.
Myer - surprisingly had more stock than the three stores above, but mostly older stuff. They did have one set of the last RID Warriors (Thermidor, Bludgeon, Twinferno).

With people in other states spotting PotP in Myer, I thought I'd swing by the CBD store.
Not a sausage. Why does god let mankind suffer?

Myer Maroochydore had all of POTP Wave 1 except Jazz.

Capalaba Mr Toys is selling the prime masters good $12 each. I wanted them so much that I bought them, but darn on that price
Target Runaway Bay has all of the released characters with the exception of any Leader class. Looks like a full set untouched

Thursday night Garden City.
It was as if a Hasbro truck stopped by this week and dropped off POTP toys to most of the stores in there, as I found them at ToysRUS, Myer and Target.
Myer - had POTP Primemasters, Legends and Deluxe. No Voyagers or Leaders (yet)... which was annoying, as I would have bought the two Leaders with the 20% off sale at the moment. I might go back Sunday if I get bored, but I doubt they would have arrived in the last two days.

Target - Primemasters, Legends and Voyager. No Deluxe (yet) or Leaders.
http://www.toycollectors.com.au/2018tg02.jpg
ToysRUs - all size classes of POTP were there, but only one Legends left, and only Rodimus of the Leaders left... so people have already been jumping on these toys, despite only being there a day or two.
Their Rescue Bots range is almost gone though, as there were only three items left, and one had clearance stickers on them. I hope they don't give up on RB, as it was a good backup source when there was a sale, or if Kmart didn't have something.
I also looked for, and found, the TF5 skateboard that I saw show up on their online store a few weeks back - $25.

Kmart - almost no Transformers at all, so no point in a photo.
BigW - I saw two Transformers cases in one of their new stock cages and got excited, but closer inspection showed that they were restocking FIRST WAVE Movie Deluxes and wave 2 movie 1-steps. Both are a step back from the last replenishment (the pre-pack display) of wave 2 Deluxes and wave 3 1-steps.
It's just more really old stock to clog their shelves, preventing them from getting anything new like POTP.

And Peter Alexander - some of the new licensed clothing had arrived at the store. I was looking at it and one of the staff there asked if I needed any help, but then walked off when I said I was just looking, but made an off-hand comment about the pricing, in that they are made in China like Kmart's clothing, but these are ten times the price. She wasn't happy, with a very defensive tone rebutting that the quality justifies the price.

Oh, and Kmart Sunnybank on the same day - looking very empty now of Transformers.

Sunshine Plaza/Maroochydore
Myer
Had POTP Prime Masters, Legends, Voyagers + Leaders (no OP). No Deluxes. I took the Grimlock and Windcharger.
Kmart
Nothing
Toys R Us
All the Deluxes ($35!!). Could have been more, but I was in a rush - grabbed Swoop and Slag and left.
Target Maroochydore
Deluxes ($34!), Legends, maybe more... again, was in a rush by this point.
Target Buranda.
$49
2 Starscreams
Grimlock
$34
Jazz
Dreadwimd.
Can't see the price for the Legends.
2 Skrapnels
2 Windchargers
Beachcomber
And a bunch of Primes.
Myer Carindale has at least 4 each of the Deluxes and Legends. One Rodimus and Optimus.
And 20% off till Sunday.
:(
Carindale Myer is my go to place for toys. It gets less traffic and is a bigger toy section than Garden City Myer. I am always hesitant about pointing people towards it.
But this time around I figured I would never see a Dinobot on a shelf let alone on sale so I pre ordered. Ironically I am now waiting waiting waiting.
Myer Brisbane City had a whole lot of PotP legends and Deluxes. Also saw a hotrod, wasn't really on the lookout for voyagers, but the 20% off helps!
