Picked up Blot, Cutthroat & Sinnertwin yesterday. Everything went without a hitch. Will keep on buying from TLTC :D
Picked up a bunch of things from them today. Including SS Jazz an hour before I saw him in store for the first time, and SS wave 3 Ironhide and the wave 3 Terrorocons none of whom I’ve seen in a shop.
One of the figures was the Takara version of Misfire which is probably the item that’s taken the longest to deliver on - but deliver they did.
Probably also worth noting if you are particular about packaging so let them know when ordering. One of the boxes was a bit dinged up, not to my worry, but could annoy some collectors.
TLTC hasn't responded to my messages in over 2 months - I've messaged them 3 times since then, all of which have gone unanswered. Does anyone know TLTC's business phone number? (I'm not going to be nasty, I just want answers about what I've paid for)

Well I just received six Marvel Legends figures that I'd preordered over the course of several waves. They'd put them away over several months, which is a relief because they'd gone out of stock on their website. It's a relief that they put mine away, and were able to supply the stock. Will definitely order from them again

While replies to most of my emails have been prompt, my preorder "expected" in August has yet to ship. I was told it'll ship next week. I shall not be pre-ordering from TLTC again.
I got a reply last night. They want to refund both Predaking and Novastar. But I only asked for Novastar to be refunded and some extra shipping. I still really want Predaking, he's my most anticipated POTP figure of the line. If they cancel Predaking I'm going to be livid. I just want them to ship him already. That's why I paid for addition shipping, but they never shipped him and now that I have the last item from the order (Novastar) on it's way from HLJ I just want my Predaking which has been in stock for aa long time to ship.
I'm never going to preorder more than one item per order through TLTC again.
I'll continue to buy from TLTC, but I just won't pre-order anything too exotic from them next time.
Still waiting for the Decepticon Clones that I pre-ordered in March (while watching YouTube video reviews of them that are many months old :rolleyes:). I'll continue to wait because I seriously need them in my collection, and there's no way I'm gonna pay eBay prices for them!
