Order an in-stock Moonracer from their site (as opposed to their ebay which I normally keep track of what they've got) on Sunday, got here Wednesday morning. I've never had a problem with these guys, but all I've ever bought is in-stock stuff and never dabbled in pre-orders.

After waiting a loooong time for the Throne of the Primes, I used the contact form on the website today to ask about cancelling, since you can get the Japanese release in January (not far away) for significantly less than TLTC is charging. Was (very promptly) told it will start shipping out on November 6. So, not bad at this point if that date is actually reliable.

Yeah I pre-order Octane with them and he was later than expected. That's why I ordered the last two dino bots from bbts. But agree with you I've never had a problem with their
In-stock items.
I've pre-ordered novastar with them because they are the cheapest online I've found.

I've also had a less than fantastic pre-order experience with them. For instock stuff they're great, but I tells ya what. I won't be pre-ordering with an Australian retailer again. It's just not worth the arse-ache of bad customer service. I know they're small business and often run part time, but they need to lift their game a bit. It's my money they have...

I bought octane from big w for $15. Lol.
Anyhow I’m trying to ask for a refund for my throne of primes preorder.
No answer yet.
Tomorrow I will call the bank.
I thought they would just refund me it’s been 3 days with one email a day.

Maybe long weekend and Halloween.
No idea. Guess might have to deal with the bank.

I’m not sure they are a small company. Then photos they posted looked like a massive warehouse. It was huge.

I will never pre order again!!!

Well I just received six Marvel Legends figures that I'd preordered over the course of several waves. They'd put them away over several months, which is a relief because they'd gone out of stock on their website. It's a relief that they put mine away, and were able to supply the stock. Will definitely order from them again

Well can you wait a few more days if.
1. Told Sept.
2. Then early Oct
3. Then 2 more weeks.
4. Then 24th Oct
5. And now no response at all. With you guys telling me 6th Nov.
So they even missed their own OCT timeline.

Also PP-43 would be around $135.
I would have waited if it was a non SDCC item.
At the time we all thought you wouldn’t be able to buy this outside of SDCC.

They have till lunch time to refund it.
Going to call the bank.
