Wonder what Stevie-Ray is doing?:p
Wonder what Stevie-Ray is doing?:p
I truly wondered that when Booker came to WWE, i know that they had split before that but huh.......
Last time I saw him was that crappy WWA pay per view in Sydney.
The whole young -vs- old angle they're building up in TNA is going to end up on the lame side.
Hell you may as well just make it "TNA Originals" -vs- "WWE/WCW Rejects".
Jarrett says signing Angle was the worst decision he made for the company (may very well be, can't stand Angle). Guess it someone else who hired Russo then.
Running a rasslin' school with his brother Booker in Houston, Texas :)
It's "The New Blood vs. The Millionaire's Club" Version 2... *sigh*
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scott_Hall
Man i loved Scott Hall (Razor Ramone).
He was my favourite as a kid unti lUndertaker came along :p
You reckon Scott Hall even remembers what he did in the last 10 years... (The demon drink has gotten a hold of him good :()
TNA'S new belt
Which no one's going to give a hoot about.
That title has "Indy" written all over it... :D
Oh God this will probably last as the Million Dollar Belt:rolleyes:
What are the odds the "Main Event Mafia" will start sporting black shirts with a logo on it that will be something along the lines of this.
MEM
Looking through World Wrestling Insanity, I was wondering if wrestling has influenced you to do any/most of these weird things... :o
(I can remember jumping off the lounge & dropping an elbow drop onto a pillow on the floor ala. Macho Man, Trying to talk my mates into allowing me to put them into the figure 4, attempting dropkicks on my mattress... :o)
Double Post - Doh! :o
Anyway, not sure if there are any MMA fans here but I was wondering if anyone was aware that Brock Lesnar took on the Legend Randy Couture today at UFC 91?
I expected Randy to destroy him but the result left me in disbelief...
I was never a huge fan of Lesnar when he was wrestling, and I don't like him one bit in MMA, and the short stint he had in K1..
I remember his first fight in K1, and instead of touching gloves he just hit his opponents hand away. I know they are there to beat each other up, but he could show a bit of sportsmanship...
I haven't seen the fight against Couture yet, but in all his previous ones all he seems to do is rush his opponent and use his size to beat them down. I'd love someone like Aerts or Cro-Cop to just smash him :D
But yeah, I would've expected Couture to destroy him
I'm also a fan of WWE and TNA.
Wha the hell is up with Kizarny? I can't stand the way he talks.
Make sure you check it out on youtube before UFC takes down all the vids... :)
Haha yeah I checked it out before. From what I can gather, Couture always knew he was out sized and was just trying to wear Lesnar down, it was just a matter of time until Lesnar landed a punch/elbow or two and then it was all downhill for Couture from there.
Geez I hate Lesnar, don't ask me why but I just do...
Gotta admire the guy though, hes a freakin machine. Love the power of the guy. Glad he won. Good on him.
Oh yeah, he is built like a truck, there is no doubting that haha

I honestly can't stand Lesnar...
Looking back on the way in which he left WWE, Sure Vince is a #%*@$! but the way in which Lesnar was built up & invested in and then he proceeded to leave it high & dry - that's wrong...
I so wanted Couture to beat the snot out of him... (The same way in which Mundine has it coming...)
I remember when lesnar had his last match at mania (I think) and everyone chanted "nah nah nah nah.... nah nah nah na, oh hell yeah... GOOD BYE!" as he lost the match and left.
Isn't it funny how Lesnar's opponent in his last WWE match (Goldberg) was also leaving but if memory serves me correctly - Goldberg wasn't booed at all... :)
That's cause Goldberg rocks :D
I may be bias though as my name also ends in -berg, so throughout school whenever wrestling was mentioned, there was the obvious association with myself..
Cause, you know, I rock and all
Huh? Did you say something? I can't hear you cause you're so close to the floor.. Huh? Wha? Nope, can't hear a thing, you'll have to speak up
In fact, I can't even see you, but I'm not sure if that's because you're so small, or if it's from my awesome-ness reflecting off the mirror and blinding me
I remember that match. God it sucked. It was so overhyped and failed to deliver. I was glad when the match ended and Austin hit them both with Stunners.
On a side note I am very much enjoying the back and forth between STL and Jacksplatt:D Although Jack if you truly were that awesome you'd be living in NSW with all the other awesome people... Oh and Pulse lives here too :p
Hey! :D
It's not my fault I'm a one-of-a-kind... :o
Back to the wrestling, if Smackdown's team of female wrestlers has to job to Raw's team of models it will be the greatest injustice in the history of the world. :p
errr last I checked Raw had Jillian, Mickey and Beth, all of which worked their way up through the Indy circuit and actually had training before getting their jobs.
I think you'll find both sides are evenly matched between "real wrestlers" and bimbos with pretty titles banging 'Taker.
The only decent wrestler on Raw's list is Jillian. Beth is totally useless (seriously, she's almost as bad as Khali) and Mickie is just a botch festival who hasn't wrestled a single decent match since her feud with Trish Stratus ended. Candice was good before her injury but she needs more time to shake off that ring rust that has impeded her recent matches. And the less said about Kelly Kelly the better.
Now let's look at Smackdown's list- Michelle, Victoria, Natalya, and Maria. In the past year, all four of these ladies have shown far better in-ring ability than anyone on Raw's team. Maryse is pretty crap, but as Smackdown's worst diva she's still better than Raw's worst diva.
See, I don't get why people always whinge about Michelle only getting a title because she's banging 'Taker. Can you honestly watch her matches and conclude that she's not one of the top 3 female wrestlers in the entire company?Quote:
