try putting the light on each side and put some clothes on teh bulb ni minimise glare of the bulbs and adjust your aperture and play around with your shutter speedhope that helps

Very nice return to the Thread Jena, i especially like the water effects, the wallpaper (I'm guessing it's on your Ipad) and the natural lighting is coming up really nicely.
@magnus, I can't add much to what the others have already said, except for emphasizing the use of a tripod, and I think you've made a great start. I've had a fiddle with lighting effects like that and it certainly wasn't as nice as what you're starting with here.
