    Default Custom: Blast-Off

I know, I know, he's not a shuttle, but to me a jet makes slightly more sense for a combat unit than a space shuttle. I was trying to evoke the 'feel' of Blast-Off rather than a literal translation. Plus he was leftover from the Marvel TF Man/Spider-Man twin pack.

He was made out of the Iron Man mold. I gave up on finding the right shade of pink/purple for the cockpit - all purple baby!

Robot mode is half-done, so will post pics when that is finished.

Very nice. How do the pair look in robot mode, and combined (your custom Vortex and Blast Off)?

Alt mode... the line of red you can see on his forearm is on the inside. I think only the flash shows it up: usually the inside is dark.

The head is from a Machine Wars Soundwave.

I'm thinking of putting a Decepticon logo on the nosecone/chest piece but am not sure if it'd be too much

In the background you can see my Marvel TFs Brawl and Vortex.

I never liked the Iron Man/Spider-Man combo and now that there's layers of paint over them I'm even less likely to do it, sorry.

Intriguing use of that mold. Looks good too.
