Got the book today and had a quick flick through the first half of the book spoilers - beware! confirms that they are merging G1 and Cybertron, with the Autobots on Velocitron with characters like Override, Clocker, Ransack.. and I can't quite tell if Blurr is with the Ark crew or a local. I'll need to read the book to find out.

A bit of news I guess, in that Alex Irvine (the author of both Exodus & Exiles) has announced that he won't be doing future books in this series. Someone else will. Since Hasbro are the ones who set up the story framework, and approve or veto events in the stories, a change of writers shouldn't mean much in the grand scheme of this new story universe.

Lets hope there are better proof readers hired for future books, the first one was riddled with place and character errors (not mentioning typos and whatnot), where charatcers would jump from place to place or just appear etc.

Paulbot, they aren't merging G1 and Cybertron as such, they are making some kind of new "alternate main story" that borrows/steals parts and pieces from the other previous universes/stories.
Apparently (if hasbro are to ever be believed) all the series for the next decade or so will use this WFC/Prime timeline/universe as their backing even though there are massive inconsistencies and gaps...

Might order the second book soon, only just finished the first, it was a very quick read, but not because it was a page turner.
Looking For: Wreckers Saga TPB Collection (with Requiem)
