Why it be one and the same! My Korean Rail racer was missing it, and while it doesn't matter much in either Gestalt or plain robot mode, it does look quite weird when they are in train mode...

Wasnt too thrilled witht he All spark 2pack legends coz most of the paired up ones I have the other half already, but I just had to have the ones their not selling here in singles so I got the 2packs. Darn Hasbro Aus... I saw these singles back in Phils shoulda picked them there did nt know they wouldnt sell the singles here
