It's the same toy, but comes with two different accessories - a gun or an axe... it looks like the axe version could be an exclusive version, or a JP only version, but I can't tell for sure at this stage.

They are both ridiculously ugly... I mean a HALF translucent toy? Or an ugly tattoo'd toy?
The axe is cool though...

The one in the back (regular release Voyager Prime) is a weird test shot missing most of his roof paint. This is what he's supposed to look like. Considering the Japanese name of "Space Optimus", one presumes the clear panels are solar panels or something for a scene set in space.
I think the second one (that we've known about for awhile), is decoed to look like he's on fire or something. I see Kirby dots in his deco.
