I hope it's true. I'm really on the fence with MP-10. I've picked up all the other MP convoys and UM so I just cant justify it at the moment. But If this comes true, I'll have to get MP10.

Yes I just saw that just before, thank you. Their mock up is very rough but it does make me hopeful that they will one day make an official MP Magnus with armor.

Id really like to get this!! Im not into G1 bricks usually(in the 80s ..yes....not 2011!) but have a soft spot for a big G1 Optimus

I think i'm really going to enjoy this toy, despite it missing a lot of MP-1's gimmicks. They've nailed the look of both modes completely; the detail on the trailer is through the roof!
Being a smaller size he'll be nicer to play/fiddle with and i'm also surprised and overjoyed that spike can sit in Alternity toys, that can also drive into Prime's trailer! That just settled where he's going to display on my shelf, since i'm not gonna pack away MP-1 anytime soon.
They're different enough that both are worthy and i guess that's the best we could have hoped for.
