Err... as much as I would like to pay 49.99 for a voyager, I just can't. Not with the AUD being this strong and the fact that voyagers have been around the <$30 for some time (albeit, on clearance).

This doesn't mean that I will not be attending though, because I'll be there :P

Only one store in all of Australia is doing this...? The event I can understand, due to extra costs to run it, but the actual bonus for purchase being only one store is a little uncool.

I wish they would do this in Perth but..well Innaloo TRU would result in getting stabbed outside the Botanica at night...and Joondalup at night? yeah..lets not go there :P

Now for pics on the freebie stuff that people should be getting tonight at the Event.
(Sent to me from the guys at TRU - a huge thanks!)

First is the 'gift box' that is being given with any purchase of a Voyager Class figure (while stocks last).
This is actually a Hasbro product (according to the fine-print on the bottom), not a TRU item... so could be given out at other events and in other countries.

The front with the lenticular allegiance symbol on the front.



And on an angle to show the Decepticon symbol.



With the lid open, showing how solid the carboard is on this box - it will make a good storage box for accessories and small figures.



And inside, which is done up with a starry deco as well...




I was also sent a shiny silver Autobot sticker and the DotM Guide Book, which is apparently being given away at the Event, but may be in limited numbers.
