As noted in the Stickied Movie date topic, the US release of TF3 has been brought forward by 2 days, so that it coincides/beats those countries that were listed as June 30th. Not a surprise I guess, since they did the same thing last year if I recall.

The US rating has also come out, at PG13... but that might still equate to an M rating here, as it would have to be too full of violence and destruction for a PG rating.
