And this s why I recommend BBTS. Here's what they sent me...
I apologize for the problem! We would be happy to send you a replacement. A new order has been set up in your account for a 'replacement part' and BBTS has paid for this order. You can view our 'customer service' payment in the payment details for this order online. You will receive an email when it ships. It won't be worth the cost to send back the defective item. Sorry again for the problem!
I've already received shipping confirmation so it shouldn't take long
