Damn that sux - getting a faulty toy that wasn't released here so you can't just return it to the store. And being a big one too, that's sold out... you'd need to spend over $200 just to get a Kranix with a head.
(I had to do something similar last month with a headless Marvel Crossover TF toy that wasn't released here, but at least that only cost me about $30 to replace)

I finally got my Unicron today, he's been sitting at my post office since Saturday and the dumb tarts who work there never put a parcel slip in my PO box. So pissed. I had to chase it up myself. Terrible service. But YAY UNICRON!!!
