Default Hasbro to attend NYCC - with new exclusive items

Looks like the NYCC is starting to get as big as the SDCC, with properties like Hasbro making an official presence and even bringing exclusive editions for sale.
In the press release sent to American fansites, there is mention of presentations and 'special editions', which probably aren't new toys, but repackaged figures like the Ultimate Optimus and Prime Optimus at SDCC.

NYCC is on Oct 13-16, so in a month's time, we'll see if Hasbro have any new toy info for us.

Hasbro have revealed via facebook a TFs themed exclusive for NYCC - a Bumblebee themed Nerf blaster, to match the Optimus themed one they released at SDCC.

Hopefully they release an actual TFs exclusive as well, like Prime Megatron to go with the Optimus.

I wonder why they have chosen to go with a G1 style packaging? Is it a hint of upcoming releases?

Another exclusive TFs item for NYCC, and it is another non-Transformers toy. Just like the first item above, this one is just another one of Hasbro's toys with a Transformers deco/theme to it.
I've never heard of Cuponk before today, but according to the Hasbro site, it is a tricks game that has you throwing or bouncing a ball into a cup that has electronics in the base (to let you know you got it in). It looks like the game comes with trick cards, which you probably randomly draw to see if you can do it, and the winner (if there is one) is the person who manages to complete the most tricks.
Plus, there are different themed sets, which probably means the electronics are different.

Anyway, the NYCC exclusive TF-themed Cuponk set has Optimus and Megatron cups (and I guess the electronics may have something TF-themed as well).

This was a surprise. I wasn't expecting anything new from Hasbro in terms of TF toys at NYCC, but they've done something that rivals the impressiveness of their SDCC TF-Prime Optimus toy.
Not only is this an advance release of two more Prime toys, but they are redecos this time, which will encourage people to re-buy them in December in their proper show colours.

Packed in a Human Alliance box, we have TF-Prime Bumblebee (as a taxi) with TF-Prime Arcee (in Gen1 pink & white), plus two of the humans Raf & Jack (the ones paird up with those two Autobots in the cartoon), who are also in special decos. It's kind of a pity that they didn't just throw in the third human to complete the set.

Very nice, but unfortunately for those of us outside of America (who can't access anything on the Hasbro online store site), these will require extra effort and money to acquire.

So, this weekend is the NYCC, and any left over TFS stock will be up on the Hasbro online store at the following US$ prices:

TRANSFORMERS PRIME BUMBLEBEE AND ARCEE Special Edition Set - $33.00
CUPONK: TRANSFORMERS Special Edition Set - $22.00
NERF N-STRIKE BARRICADE RV-10 Special Edition TRANSFORMERS BUMBLEBEE Blaster - $24.99

(the link above lists other Hasbro exclusive items available at NYCC)
