Device lable mouse(s) don't have any batteries either, nor does the Blaster USB hub

The Annual Battery Removal day has been moved from November 1st to February 1st, to allow me to include all toys from that calendar year.

Getting this year's done with a couple weeks to spare, this gives people time to go through their collection for any 2012 toys, plus any older ones they obtained during the last year.
