Looks like more than just toys are being reissued in Japan soon.
The original series of Gen1 in Japan is up for pre-order on some JP online stores, and it looks like it covers everything they had screened there (the first three seasons).
The 3 5-DVD sets are priced at $90-120 each, and scheduled for a January 25th release.

The price may seen high, but that's considered about right for Japan... but for those who speak Japanese, this would be a novel addition to your TFs DVD collection.


And if they decide to add english subtitles, it'd have even more people interested (like me), just to hear all the different voices the Japanese fans grew up on.
