G1 Skywarp isn't interested in power or conquest either. He's pretty much a simple-minded grunt who likes to follows orders.

But he did really like it when Megatron put him in charge of Starscream in that one episode.

I think that was because he liked being able to boss around Starscream.
Remember Skywarp's original toy tech specs bio:
"Not too bright. Would be useless without Megatron's supervision."
And the G1 Marvel universe profile states:
"Skywarp isn't too smart and would be totally useless without the supervision of Megatron."; and the "weaknesses" description mentions that he does occasionally teleport into things because he's that stupid.

I was transforming Classics Jetfire the other day, and only now noticed that he actually has a tiny instrument panel in his cockpit.

I can't remember when exactly I bought it, but I've had this figure since at least 2008, maybe 2007.

So I got a bunch TFA toys from a forum member yesterday and I was blown away by the old school Deluxes especially. Blurr is taller than most Voyagers and Sentinel Prime has some really nice engineering on him.

It's great to be reminded how awesome Transformers were just few years ago.

I do wish that line had continued. I'd even take more FanPub Animated figures.

Paul Agnew pointed out to me in the Custom Class yesterday, that the Cybertron/BW 10th Deluxe Optimus Primal (one with the surf-board), has a panel inside the body that has the Key to Vector Sigma sculpted onto it.

OK, I've finally come around to Hasbro's way of thinking.

I went to put my Movieverse toys away so I have another shelf for CHUG. Half of them are now a partially transformed mess cause I couldn't figure out how to transform them fully. I probably should have just left them in robot mode but I learnt a valuable lesson. The toys no fun if you can't transform it.
