Morgan Lofting, voice actress most famous for playing the Baroness in G.I. Joe, also voiced Moonracer, Dr. Harding, Joan the Archaeologist (Microbots) and some random human reporters in the G1 cartoon. Although TBH, her Transformers roles were all guest appearances, given that they're all just one-episode wonders, as opposed to the Baroness being a recurring character in G.I. Joe.
